Your visit to Pelican Crossing will be like a return to the classic beach cottage of your childhood ... not just beachfront -- this is ON the beach, a dozen steps down from the deck and you're on the sand ready to swim with the porpoises. Enjoy a magnificent, unobstructed view beyond Caswell lighthouse to the east, past neighboring Holden's Beach to the west.

Your main living level is upstairs and features a comfortable living room separated from the kitchen by a sit-around breakfast bar. A glass enclosed dining area overlooks the ocean and leads directly onto the deck. Two bedrooms (1 - King and 1 - Queen) and a full bath complete this floor. The ground level accommodation has a private entrance directly off the driveway and is also connected to the upstairs level by interior spiral staircase. There are two comfortable bedrooms (1 Queen and 1 w/Twin beds) and a full bath on this level. A large common living area with a Queen sized sofa sleeper, a 3/4 sized daybed plus other furniture making for a perfect TV, gaming and sleeping room. The laundry room is also on this level.
